Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free. No penalties, no lock-in.
What happens when I hit the Free plan limits?
If you try to add a 6th client or 11th invoice on the Free plan, you'll see a clear upgrade prompt. Your existing data is safe — you just won't be able to add more until you upgrade.
Do unused AI insights roll over?
No. AI generation counts reset each calendar month. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
The Free plan lets you explore most features. Paid features are unlocked immediately on upgrade — no separate trial period required.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime via your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer annual billing?
Monthly billing is available from launch. Annual billing at a discount is a planned future feature.
